Ancients - Dish Avial, was first created by the Pandava Bheema

The delicious dish from Kerela ,Avial, was created by Bheema when he was disguised as the cook Bhallava in King Virata's palace. An unexpected number of guests had turned up at the palace and there weren't sufficient vegetables to cook a single dish.  Bheema chopped and boiled all the vegetables, added grated coconut and spices and served it for the first time, which later became popular as Avial.. This is just one version of the story and there are certain mythological variations in the story of Avial.
